  1. I'm really not a fantasy reading, I've read it before, but it's not my first choice. I've had my eye on The Raven Boys for a while now. I think I might read it! Great list!

    1. The Raven Boys is great if you're not into reading fantasy. It's more character focused and pretty light on the fantasy side. If you pick it up I hope you like it!

  2. I'm a big fantasy lover and have read most of the books on your list, though there are still a few on here that I would like to read.

  3. I've read several of these: The Northern Lights, The Philosopher's Stone, and The Chronicles of Narnia. All highly recommended, especially the Pullman books. My TTT.

    1. All great classic fantasy novels! It's been a long time since I've read The Northern Lights, so I may need to pick them up again

  4. Yes, yes, YES to Throne of Glass! I love that series so so much. I keep seeing A Darker Shade of Magic all over the blogosphere, and I think that I need to give the series a shot. I just bought The Raven Boys on a whim, since I've been seeing that one all over the place too, but I think ADSOM will be my next impulse buy =)

    1. Throne of Glass is fantastic, as is the Shades of Magic series. The concept and the characters are just so amazing, so if you want to impulse buy anything, I couldn't recommend them enough! The Raven Boys is also wonderful, the series improves book by book <3

  5. so many good titles! Love Throne of Glass...regretting not buying The Night circus last week. The Raven Cycle series is amazing (waiting on the last book). LOVE Narnia (actually hunting for the entire series for my kiddos!). Didn't care for a Darker Shade of Magic (will still read book #2 though)....

    1. It's a shame you didn't like A Darker Shade of Magic. The Night Circus is fantastic - I really can't wait for Erin Morgenstern to publish another book because her writing is fantastic :)
