Books I'd Love to Teach If I were an English Teacher

Top 10 Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
I'm one of those rare people who pretty much loved every book we had to study in high school, so you'll find a few of those on this list, along with some books that I selected myself, and some books that I know others have done that I wish I did too.

  1. I really need to read Patrick Ness's books. I recently read A Monster Calls and that made me want to pick up all of his. I really love To Kill a Mockingbird. It's such an important read.

    1. A Monster Calls is actually one of the few books by Ness I haven't read yet - I need to get my hands on a copy because he is an excellent writer. And I agree about To Kill a Mockingbird. I'm so glad I was taught it in high school because I may not have read it otherwise, and I think it's a story that is still so relevant and can teach people so much.

  2. The Book Thief is one of my favourites!

    1. Thank you! The Chaos Walking series is one of my all time favourites, as is The Book Thief. If you get to reading them I hope you enjoy them :)
